If your battery is down and you want a boost/jump we can do that (minimum service call fee is $80). But usually when the battery is down it is already bad. You will need to replace it and/or need an alternator. To charge a battery it takes at least one hour. Some times the battery won't take the charge. So we will check the alternator for free.

We work on American, European and Asian vehicles.

New Battery prices just went up (this is 2023 not 1980) at auto parts (most are around $200 to $300 plus tax and waste fees). Please before you call me Call them, get a price then call me. My batteries are lower priced, same quality and guarantee and I go to you to install it and I dispose of the old battery free. They don't come to you... Best deal.

Be careful with companies selling cheap lower priced batteries. They are either used, refurbished or Chinese, Korean etc. They don't last.
Mine are new with guarantee.

My mobile unit consists of a Nissan pick up and I pull a trailer full of tools. I can not go into tight upstairs parking lots (too tall too long). Please make sure I will be able to park my rig when I get to your place to serve you. I will need a long space to park my pickup and trailer close to your car. If you have bad weather and you don't have a garage let me know so we can reschedule and I won't waste my time driving to you. We are a mobile repair business. We are very convenient but we have limitations. As you will imagine we can't perform all the jobs a regular shop or the dealer can. But we can save you money on the many repairs we can do. The mobiles that say they can do everything on all brands, systems, models and years are lying to you. It is not possible. And no. A scanner won't tell the mechanic what is wrong with the car. Another lie. To diagnose a car properly when you have a drivability problem or a light on you need a specialized diagnostician with a lot of very expensive tools. I have been working on cars for about 40 years and have seen very few real diagnosticians that can tackle most problems alone. So for those difficult problems go to the dealer or a specialist and let us help you with things that make no sense wasting time at a shop...

A lot of the cars today have anti theft systems. So when they get triggered (many reason can do that) the car will crank and not start (some won't crank at all). Those problems are not easy to diagnose sometimes. The equipment to do the diagnostic is very expensive. So I usually send those to the dealer. WE can not help you with that. Be careful who you hire for these repairs.

Things to consider when hiring a mobile mechanic.

1) Part availability on week ends and holidays is limited. Hence finishing a job the same day may not be possible. We try to be as convenient as possible but we need parts to finish your car. It may be better to have the car checked during normal days if you think your job may be a bit complicated. At a regular shop this applies too. Your car will stay over the weekend till they can get the parts they need.

To fix or check your car you have to have a good battery. Make sure your battery is good. Try to charge it before I go there if you can if you think it may be low. If I have to place a new battery to test your car I can't take it back. You must buy it (My prices on batteries are the same as Advance, Firestone or Pep Boys etc anyway).
I also need a core to return to avoid the core fee to you. Also it is better to work on a cold car. If you can try not to use it before I go there.

If you see that I am late to the appointment please call me or text me. There could be a reason why I am late. We all are human, we are not perfect and sometimes maybe I forgot to write down your appointment or there is too much traffic or I got a flat tire etc. Don't go to post a bad review without even using my services.

Attention important info:

Sometimes after we replace your battery you may see lights in the dash or experience symptoms. Some of these can be normal and things will go back to normal after a few hours of driving most of the time. If the car was ok before the battery died this could be normal. If the car was sitting for a long time (More than 6 months) then anything is possible. I don't have scanners to check for these problems. You will have to take the car to a dealer or local shop. At least now you won't need a tow truck and waste a lot of time.
